The Graph is posted on Moonriver (MOVR), as the powerful indexing protocol grows in the Polkadot (POINT) and Kusama (KSM) ecosystems.
The graphic (TJB) is a decentralized and open source infrastructure protocol designed to collect, process and store blockchain data, initially launched on Ethereum (ETH) blockchain.
The protocol makes it possible to store the collected and analyzed blockchain data in “subgraphs”, facilitating data requests, essential for developers looking to increase the efficiency of their decentralized applications (dApps).
The lunar river of Kusama
The decentralized protocol for indexing and querying blockchain data recently announced its integration into the Moon River network, allowing developers to create, publish and use subgraphs in a Kusama-based environment.
Graph’s hosted service now supports @MoonriverNW, extending further into the @Peas & @kusamanetwork ecosystem ! ??

“Moonriver is a Layer 1 Ethereum-compatible parachain that is connected to the Kusama network,” the protocol’s announcement extended on Twitter.
âSimilar to how Kusama is Polkadot’s sister network, Moonriver is the sister network of Moonbeam Network, the Layer 1 blockchain built on Polkadot,â the ad extended in a Twitter thread, noting how the integration on the parachain further extends the protocol in the Peas and Kusama ecosystems.
According to the developers of The Graph, increasing compatibility with the indexing protocol was “one of the most requested integrations in the Moonriver community.”
âCurrently, the Graph protocol supports data indexing from Ethereum, IPFS and PoA,â the developers said, while expressing enthusiasm for extending protocol support to the Kusama network.
Moonriver began its five-phase launch process in July and currently the Total Locked-In Value (TVL) on the network stands at around $ 80 million, according to DeFi Llama. The data.
Parachain top by Polkadot
Earlier this year, the Graph protocol announced the integration on Moonbeam (GLMR), the Ethereum-enabled smart contract platform on Polkadot.
In April, Graph’s hosted service integrated its protocol into Moonbeam TestNet, allowing developers to create, publish, and use subgraphs in a Polkadot-based environment.
The long-awaited parachaines of Polkadot are preparing to go live on the network later this year.
In anticipation of the first auction, scheduled for November 11, 2021, Moonbeam’s crowdloan pre-registration open at the end of last week.
